The family house is located in a residential neighborhood in the town of Fagaras, being built in the style of Romanian architecture, consisting of cellars with a courtyard entrance, a ground floor consisting of six rooms, and an attic with access from the master bedroom.

It is formed on a compact rectangular base, with two sections of the roof on a level difference of one meter at the eaves.

An important aspect of the new design was the preservation of the existing form, thus being required to distribute the pieces of the furniture strategically in the areas of interest so as not to obstruct the access to the afferent premises.
