Luxury House was designed based on the premise that, in an urban, noisy, and crowded area, such a home offers peace and enjoyment. 

The property belongs to a young man, a businessman with bold and very well chosen tastes.

Located on the outskirts of the city, this building has been designed to provide the ideal comfort for both the owner and the guests.

The living room is equipped with accessories for daytime activities. During the evening, the room transforms into a smart home cinema operated by voice command. For this project, we collaborated with experts in electrical and audio engineering. They supported us to achieve the latest technologies in lighting, audio, and satellite-operated video control systems.

The regular shapes that keep the composition in a gridline very well emphasized by the shadows integrate the building in a luxurious, novel habit.
